The #ExxonKnew Climate Campaign Keeps Unraveling

An environmental activist-led effort to restrict free speech has suffered a series of damaging setbacks in recent weeks, including the withdrawal of a controversial subpoena requesting climate advocacy documents from scores of non-profit groups. Another state attorney general has put her investigation on hold, and environmental activists are quietly conceding that the campaign has not panned out as they expected.

    Exxon schmexxon. Have you seen the latest? Al Gore is proud of his daughter karenna’s arrest yesterday. Apparently people were lying down in a trench where this natural gas pipeline was being constructed as if they were in a grave. Made for some fantastic photos plus there is video too.

    This is vexatious litigation at best, and tyranny at worst. This is not the free exercise of the people to address grievances, but akin to attainder, akin to being guilty before proven innocent, akin to Soviet style gulags, and it is being done by Obama supporters.
    Take heed America, this is a freedom issue, a sound science issue, and they will next go to the Churches and silence critics of sin, because that will be easier.
